LEE

Lee was born and raised in a small farming community in central Illinois. It was there that he realized his love for cars as central Illinois is rich with dirt-track, stock car racing. His neighbor raced stock cars and would take him and his brother to local stock car races where they would help out in the pits.
After graduating high school, Lee attended automotive tech school. After graduating from tech school, he worked for an independent garage owner until the age of 24 when he left and moved to fulfill a lifelong dream of living in California.
After landing in California in 1981, Lee was introduced to drag boat racing and subsequently became the owner of a drag boat which he successfully campaigned from the late 80's to early 90's. He opened his own boat and auto repair shop in the late 80's and ran that until the early 90's when he accepted a position with the world-famous Coast Corvette and built Corvettes until the early 90's.
After working with the Coast Corvette group, Lee accepted a position with a professional Trans Am series team as the Crew Chief until the late 90's when a back injury caused him to reevaluate his career path. He spent a few years writing service for a car dealership.
He bought and sold a few houses and discovered a passion for real estate. He received his real estate license in 2005 and brought all his small-town values to his professional real estate career. He worked with a large, national company his Ist year in real estate then went to a very successful independent brokerage.
After 4 years with that broker, Lee obtained his own Broker's license and opened Cravens Realty Group in Murrieta and Big Bear Lake, CA. He still owns Cravens Realty Group and has obtained his broker's license in Arizona where he opened a brokerage in Bullhead City, Arizona, River Rats Realty.

WENDY

Wendy Gunter earned her real estate license in 2018 and brings a wealth of experience from her distinguished career with the State of Arizona, where she honed exceptional skills in service, organization, and client relations.
Inspired by a hidden Scottsdale oasis she discovered in 1998, Wendy realized her calling: to help others find homes that embody safety, stability, and serenity. Her hands-on background spans real estate research, contract administration, and construction — giving her clients the benefit of both technical knowledge and heartfelt guidance.
Over the years, Wendy has built a diverse and well-rounded foundation in real estate and development. Her roles have included:
Researching and analyzing market trends in multi-family brokerage
Serving as a contract administrator for commercial and multi-family developers
Apprenticing under her father as an electrical worker, gaining deep insight into building systems and construction techniques
Wendy’s professional journey outside of real estate refined her organizational and people skills — qualities that now define her work with clients. With a renewed sense of purpose, she brings integrity, compassion, and expertise to every transaction.
